To get an In-Country Value (ICV) certificate in Qatar, register on the In-Country Value Digital Portal and hire a Tawteen-approved certifier to audit and validate your ICV Scorecard and supporting documents. 

The certification process typically involves these steps:

1. Register on the Portal: Create an account on the In-Country Value Digital Portal to access the system and download the required templates. [1, 2]

2. Gather Required Documents: Compile your documents, which include your valid Commercial Registration (CR), latest 12-month Audited Financial Statements (not older than two calendar years), payroll records, local supplier invoices, and investment proofs. [1]
